The wine list we present to you has roots that are thousands of years old and stretch across myth, legend, and a place where even reality is clouded by countless fables of winemaking past. What we do know is that the wines from the Aegean have been famous for millennia, treasured by people from the moment the wines were first created by ancient winemakers that dotted the Greek isles and produced liquid elixirs that ensnared the mind and invigorated the soul. The wines that we present to you here follow that tradition. They are entirely from the Hellenic islands of the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean, with no wines from the mainland or islands from the Ionian Sea. These wines are rare and in some cases are only served here at our restaurant or in their homeland, Greece. So, enjoy delicious wine, myth and history as you sip.
